Access Your TD Ameritrade Account
After you login using TDAmeritrade's user authentication page in the app, TDMando's Main window opens to show the equities in your TD Ameritrade Account.

This window shows your investments with TD Ameritrade's estimation of what you paid for the shares of each Equity. But don't worry, you can view them using a 'Lowest Cost' sales calculation in a stock worksheet window. More on that later.

Watch some stocks and make a trade!
In the main window, enter a list of Symbols and hit Enter to open a Watch window that shows prices and allows you to place orders.



Advanced Trading
From the main window, click the little bell icons for an Alert window for each respective symbol in either your current positions or in your watch list.

Here is a great power at your disposal. The Alert window can audibly and visually notify you that a stock's price is hitting or crossing the prices you setup in each box. Each price in the window can be used either to get your attention or to perform the placement of a trade order (or both). In this example, the Rocket Lab (RKLB) window is setup to handle the rising of the stock price to make sell limit order trades along the way. Of course, each price and group of prices cannot overlap. They are at least one penny apart. You can adjust them very quickly:

1. Mouse up or down in the "+" or "-" areas to change a price by a Lincoln (penny), FDR (dime), Washington (dollar), Hamilton (10), Franklin (100), Big Hamilton (1000), or Chase (10000)
2. Hold the Control Key while clicking the "+" or "-" areas to move the whole series of prices in the appropriate direction by that amount
3. Hold the Shift Key while clicking the "+" or "-" areas to move only the series on either the "Lo" side or "Hi" side by that amount
4. Use the up or down arrows to adjust a the price that has the cursor focus by an amount that you specify in the settings

Some benefits:

1. Quick last instance control as circumstances change with the stock price.
2. Protection against mistyping a price that is off by a dollar or more
3. Adjust a whole set of prices as circumstances change

If you need to leave your computer for a time, you can set the window to alert your phone when a price is crossed and/or order created. The header also has a simple way to place an order as needed apart from the alert boxes. Have fun!!

Stock Worksheet
From the main window, click the little checklist icon below your positions to open a Worksheet window for each respective symbol in your current positions.

This window provides a cumulative glimpse of the current share amounts in relation to the current stock price or any price that you want to examine for what-if scenarios. The bottom part of the window shows your past trades of this Symbol and the gain or loss of each and as a whole using a "Lowest Cost" sell calculation on all your trades. Examine what worked in the past and plan for your coming trades!
